Terms of Service

1. General Scope

These terms govern general enquiries and quote requests made via the B&W Diamond Cut Ltd website. Note: This is a draft policy pending final legal review prior to launch.

2. Quote Expectations

Quotes provided via WhatsApp, phone, or future online forms are based on the visual assessment of photos provided by the customer. A final inspection in-person by our technicians is required to confirm the final price. We reserve the right to amend quotes if the damage is significantly worse or different than presented in the initial photos.

3. Mobile Service Requirements

For mobile SMART repairs, we require off-street parking (such as a driveway) and access to a standard household plug socket within 30 metres. We cannot carry out paint repairs on busy main roads for safety and quality reasons.
